What’s happening to all these alliances?

With the Info, The AM4 Herald

Lately there have been several high-profile failures among the top alliances, the latest being Bharat. This has caused major disruption in AM4. Let’s look at the history of Alliance failures, and see what the future holds.

The major alliance collapse was Oneworld, which went down after it’s Admin was inactive for several days, back in April. Oneworld used to be the 3rd largest alliance in AM4, as well as the second oldest.

After it’s collapse, Oneworld members created AirLink, which is right now at 17th place.

Then, on the 11th of July, Sun Alliance which was then the 30th largest alliance, collapsed, plunging over 200 ranks in 2 days. The cause of its catastrophic failure is unknown.

4 days later, both Signature and TurkishAirlines collapsed. The last things seen on Signature’s Alliance discerption was ‘Don’t join us’.

And today, Bharat Alliance has gone down. It’s members have founded a new Alliance called ‘Lotus Alliance’.

The majority of these collapses have occurred because of inactive admins. However, out of the ashes have risen new, and stronger Alliances, which have learned from there predecessors mistakes. All the best for the new alliances.
